Met Gala 2017: Best & Worst Dressed

The Met Gala, formally called the Costume Institute Gala is an annual fundraising gala for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York. It marks the grand opening of the Costume Institute’s annual fashion exhibit.

Each year the Gala celebrates the theme of that year’s Costume Institute exhibition. It sets the tone for the formal dress of the night and the celebrity guests choose their attire to match the theme of the exhibit.

It’s actually also known as ‘the party of the year’ and ‘the Oscars of the East Coast’ mainly down to the big celebrity names that turn up. So lets take a look at our picks of the best and worst looks from the night…
