According to the International Journal of Obesity you can cut your spin workout by half and reach better results All it takes is sprinting rather than going at one steady speed.
The study revealed that those who did 20 minutes of eight-second sprints with 12 seconds’ low- intensity lost more belly fat after 15 weeks than those who did 40 minutes at a steady pace.
So basically – work out for half as long and lose more fat? Hell yeah!!!
